Freelancers are solely responsible for the quality and legality of the services they provide.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Make payments through approved platform methods.
  • Use delivered work only according to agreed usage rights.

Clients must not misuse the platform or attempt fraudulent activities.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Prices displayed by freelancers are determined independently.
  • Payments must be completed before project delivery.
  • Refund requests are reviewed based on project circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to hold payments temporarily in cases of disputes or suspicious activity.

6. Revisions & Deliveries

Freelancers may offer revisions depending on their service package.

Clients should review service descriptions carefully before ordering.

Final delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity
  • Client response time
  • Revision requests

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Clients receive rights to the final approved work upon full payment.
  • Freelancers may showcase completed work in their portfolios unless restricted by agreement.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or resell platform content without permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Posting false or misleading information
  • Harassing other users
  • Uploading illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material
  • Attempting to bypass platform payments
  • Using automated bots or scraping tools
  • Violating local or international laws

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the website operational at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In the event of a dispute between a client and freelancer:

  • Final platform decisions regarding disputes, refunds, or account actions remain at our discretion.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent behavior
  • Abuse the platform or other users
  • Attempt payment circumvention
